Red Lotus Tantra is committed to providing a professional and confidential Tantra Session, Workshop and Retreat. Your privacy is important to us therefore no personal information of any kind or email addresses will ever be forwarded or shared with a third party except if required by law. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept stricly secured. We can use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us and that’s all.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Red Lotus Tantra: In the event the Temple cancels a Session, Workshop or Retreat for any reason, a full refund will be provided to You. You may request that your payment or deposit be rolled over to a future Session, Workshop or Retreat.
Cancellation by You: You must provide the Temple with at least 24 hours Notice if you wish to cancel a booking, you have for either a Session, Workshop or Retreat to be entitled to have any payments made towards the booking to be honoured towards future bookings. If You provide less than 24 hours Notice of cancellation, any deposit paid by You is forfeited

Disclaimer:

The temple has the discretion to decide whether to continue sessions with a client based on compatibility, personal or health reasons at any time during a session or booked session in advance. A session may be terminated or a client may be asked to leave a session to ensure that the tantric experience remains holistic for all participants. If a session is terminated at anytime, the client will not be entitled to a refund but may be offered an alternative session with an alternative instructor at the absolute discretion of the Instructor. The Instructors have absolute discretion to allow a client to return to the Sanctuary.
